Job description:
Lakeside Marina is currently seeking a dedicated full-time employee to support our operations by undertaking diverse responsibilities encompassing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Additionally, this role may involve the moving and operation of boats as required within our marina facilities. Such duties may include but are not excluded to:
Daily cleaning of facilities throughout the property (restrooms, offices, showfloor, etc.)
Basic maintenance-related duties (organizing, painting, etc.)
Cleaning/detailing of customer or marina-owned boats
Ensuring storage lots are clean and organized
Cleaning/maintaining of boat club fleet
Assisting with launching and operating boats in various manners
Job Requirements:
This position will require you to work in various environments both inside and outside, and may be physically demanding, and will require the ability to lift 50+ pounds. The potential candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to show a proficiency in operating small equipment/implements (forklift, tractor, etc.) as well as boats.
Schedule:
The schedule for this full-time position would be Monday through Friday with the potential to assist on weekends (as business demands), however, the required work days and number of hours can be very flexible.
